1990

Milton Plastics was founded in Hong Kong

1992 -1997

Set up PRC office and branches in coastal regions to expand domestic sales (Dongguan, Shanghai, Tianjian)

2003

Established Hong Kong Plastics (Shanghai) Ltd for domestic sales in the Eastern and Western parts of China

2004

Joint venture with KRAIBURG TPE GmbH to set up KRAIBURG TPE China Ltd

2005

Set up Milton Technologies Ltd to expand new business units for rubber flooring

2007

Established the formation of group companies and Milton Holdings International Ltd

Established Hong Kong Plastics (Dongguan) Ltd to strengthen the domestic sales in the Southern China regions

2009 - 2015

Further expand the PRC office and branches to enhance coverage in PRC regions (Guangzhou, Qingdao, Changchun, Chengdu and Wuhan)

Became a shareholder of KRAIBURG TPE TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN. BHD. in Malaysia

2018

Set up Hong Kong Plastics (Guangzhou) Ltd and a branch in Xiamen

Set up Hong Kong Relastec (Shanghai) Ltd to expand the domestic business of rubber flooring

2020

Celebrates 30th anniversary
